This opportunity is available ASAP through June 7, 2027 , and offers the chance to work in a specialized center-based program supporting students with significant disabilities and high behavioral needs.

Position Details

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Madison Heights, MI

• Schedule: Full-time
• Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM
• School Assignment: 1 center-based program
• Student Population: Middle school through age 26
• Caseload: Students from across Oakland County
• Student Needs: Significant disabilities, including Cognitive Impairments (CI) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), along with high behavioral needs
• Interview Format: Remote
• Hiring Timeline: ASAP

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• Michigan SLP License
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with SB (Speech and Language Impairment) Endorsement OR ASHA Certification
• Experience working with developmentally disabled students is desirable
