Compensation and Benefits: As a part-time Outreach Specialist, you will earn a competitive wage of $20–$30 per hour, plus bonuses. Because a portion of your earnings is performance-based, total annual compensation varies. Across our team, the median Outreach Specialist earns approximately $60,000 per year, with the middle half earning between $35,000 and $80,000 and our top ten percent earning $120,000 or more. Earnings above the hourly base depend on hours worked, market, and individual results, and are not guaranteed. What You Will Do Every Day: In this part-time role, you will arrive at a local golf course or community event, set up materials, and become the welcoming face of Guardian Community. You will naturally engage golfers and attendees in friendly conversation, share the mission, answer questions, and build genuine connections. Throughout the day, you will help facilitate outreach activities, speak with potential supporters, and ensure the event runs smoothly from setup through breakdown. Each interaction you have contributes to a larger purpose: bringing awareness and support to veterans and first responders in your community.

When You Will Work: This is a flexible part-time role with shifts primarily Thursday through Sunday during daytime business hours, with occasional early morning or evening events, and daily travel directly from home to assigned local event locations. Hosted by Guardian Community Golf at Coyote Lakes Golf Club, 18800 N Coyote Lakes Pkwy, Surprise, AZ 85374. This is a travel role: while Coyote Lakes serves as the primary venue, event assignments rotate across the West Valley and greater Phoenix area, including Surprise, Sun City, El Mirage, Youngtown, Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale.

What You Will Need: Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally. A professional, dependable, and engaging demeanor. Tech-savvy with smartphone use for updates and reporting. Comfortable working Thursday–Sunday shifts. Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors during events. Experience in golf, community outreach, promotional events, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
