Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout each ultrasound procedure, communicating expectations clearly and kindly
• Work in conjunction with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the execution of high-quality imaging services
• Maintain and operate imaging technology, promptly addressing any equipment issues
• Document procedures meticulously while upholding patient confidentiality in the electronic medical record system
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in ultrasound technologies and procedures

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
