Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Tech to join our dynamic team of imaging specialists committed to providing exceptional patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, clearly explaining each step of the procedure with compassion
• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the quality of diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain all imaging equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records within our electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of emerging ultrasound technologies and best practice methodologies

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
