Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become part of our esteemed imaging team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound procedures including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts examinations.
• Prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction, guiding them through each step of the imaging process with empathy and professionalism.
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic imaging results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal function and report any technical issues promptly.
• Document all procedures accurately, maintaining thorough patient records within the electronic medical system.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in ultrasound imaging.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program.

Required Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a similar credential.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
