Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence & Communication 20 736; Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork 20 736; Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation 20 736; Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. Delivery Operations 20 736; Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. Returns & Pickups 20 736; Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Safety Compliance 20 736; Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions 20 736; Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance 20 736; Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. Qualifications Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Valid Driver 0 ?s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver\u2019s license and adhere to AutoZone\u2019s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
