As an Overnight Caregiver with Flawless Family Home Care, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and adults with disabilities to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes throughout the night.About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate Overnight Caregivers for established clients in the Pontiac area. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support including personal care, mobility assistance, toileting assistance, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and overnight safety monitoring. Your role is crucial in providing reassurance, responding to client needs, and helping clients remain safely at home.ResponsibilitiesProvide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping.Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.Monitor client safety throughout the night and report any changes in condition to the office.Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in a client's condition.Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office team.Follow each client's individualized care plan while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.Participate in paid orientation, ongoing education, and training opportunities.Why Join Flawless Family Home Care?Starting pay of $17.00 per hour, with $18.00 per hour for applicants with verified healthcare experience.Additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling.Consistent overnight assignments currently available, with additional day, evening, and weekend opportunities throughout our service area.Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement between client visits.401(k) Retirement Plan and Tapcheck earned wage access.Paid orientation, ongoing education, and opportunities for professional growth.Employee recognition programs and a supportive office team committed to your success.QualificationsCompassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to pass required background screenings.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.Reliable attendance and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.Why You'll Love Working HereAt Flawless Family Home Care, you're more than an employee—you become part of a team that truly values your work.
