The Brian Scott - Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person! As a full-time Life Insurance Sales Producer you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Responsibilities

Your job duties will include:

Make outbound calls to connect with new business clients via telephone
Explain policy coverage to their personal needs
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails

Requirements

Life Licensed in Texas
Bilingual is beneficial
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and work under pressure!
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Be a fantastic presenter
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm)
Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
Have no felonies
Must have reliable transportation
Preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
Will be sent an online Assessment to complete to be considered.
NOT a remote position
M-F 10:00am - 6:30pm
