• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Build relationships with customers and provide insurance solutions tailored to their needs
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service while creating a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes

• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience working in insurance, financial services, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role
