Responsibilities

Conduct discovery conversations to understand the long-term financial security goals of our clients.

Recommend life insurance coverage options that provide genuine peace of mind for families and individuals.

Guide prospects through the application and underwriting process with patience and clarity.

Reach out to existing clients to review their current coverage and ensure it keeps pace with their life changes.

Manage a consistent pipeline of new leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized service.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our internal management systems.

Requirements

Valid Texas Life Insurance License.

Minimum of two years of direct experience selling life insurance products.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.

Deep understanding of various life insurance policy types and their benefits.

Comfort working with CRM software to track client interactions and policy progress.

Excellent conversational skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain English.
