Key Responsibilities of the Barista: Makes and serves specialty coffee and tea beverages. Speaks and interacts with Members. Maintains a clean and sanitized work station. Follows health and safety guidelines. Adheres to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items. Contributes to a positive team environment. Minimum Qualifications for the Barista: Experience not required but will train. Must have food handler’s card. Other Qualifications: Must have a flexible schedule. Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
