Telecom Sales Executive – Preset Appointments | $100K–$200K+

We set the appointments. You close the deals.

We're looking for closers. Not order takers. Not relationship managers. We're looking for confident, experienced salespeople who know how to get a deal done in one meeting.

Unified Global Solutions (UGS) is looking for motivated outside sales professionals who know how to uncover problems, create urgency, handle objections, and close business on the spot.

Our entire sales process is built around the one-call close. We meet with business owners, find out what's not working with their current phone and internet services, present a solution, and earn their business that day.

If you're good at building trust quickly, getting people excited about a solution, and helping them make a decision during that first appointment, you'll fit right in.

Who we're looking for

We want people who have sold before and know what it takes to close.

• You have experience closing deals during the first appointment.
• You know how to ask the right questions, uncover problems, and create urgency.
• You're confident, competitive, and motivated by making money.
• You can build rapport quickly and make customers feel comfortable.
• You know how to handle objections and aren't afraid to ask for the sale.
• You understand that the goal is to earn the customer's business today, not hope they call you back next week.

Experience in solar, merchant services, home improvement, telecom, security systems, or other direct-sales industries is a big plus.

Income opportunity

Our average commission is approximately $875 per qualifying sale.

Here's what that looks like:

• 10 sales per month = $105,000 per year
• 15 sales per month = $157,500 per year
• 20 sales per month = $210,000 per year

That's before adding any weekly or monthly performance bonuses.

You need to be comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face, asking questions, identifying problems, presenting solutions, and asking for the business.
