Sales Executive

Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a highly motivated full-time Sales Executive based in Memphis, TN. This position will work with senior management to develop and manage new customers using our dynamic prospect database and strategic focus areas. Daily responsibilities will include disciplined prospecting via phone, email, visits, etc., as well as preparing quotes and following up on leads to close sales. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs for printing, promotional products, direct mail, etc. The successful candidate will be expected to meet sales targets and provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.QualificationsSales and client relationship skills, including experience in business development, account management, and consultative selling.Prior experience in commercial printing, promotional products, or related industries is strongly preferred, or a strong willingness and ability to learn technical product and service details.Communication and interpersonal skills to inspire confidence, explain services, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing with diverse clients.Organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of prospects, leads, quotes, orders, and follow-ups while meeting deadlines.Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.SalaryTBD based on experience, with a likely structure of base salary plus commissionsBenefitsHealth insurance401(k) planPaid Time Off (PTO)
