In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our fleet, shop operations, and small engine equipment to keep our field operations running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, coachable, and has a strong work ethic, while also being respectful and always willing to support their team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee shop operations, fleet, and equipment maintenancePerform preventive and routine maintenance on small engines, lawn care machinery, and company vehiclesHandle occasional on-site/roadside equipment and vehicle repairsMaintain accurate service and maintenance recordsEnsure all vehicles requiring DOT inspections are up to dateManage and track shop inventory and parts orderingEnsure shop safety, cleanliness, and operational readinessRequired QualificationsValid Driver's License • Applicants with a South Carolina driver's license are preferred to bring their driving record. • Applicants with an out-of-state license must provide their driving record at the time of the scheduled interview.Minimum of 3 years of experience in small engine or vehicle servicingStrong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilityA demonstrated work ethic and ability to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsASE Certification (light or medium-duty trucks – gas and diesel)Familiarity with DOT regulations and inspection requirementsAbility to maintain parts inventory and order suppliesExperience working with chemicals and pumping systemsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Coachable mindset and willingness to growMust be able to provide personal toolsCustomer service experience is a plusWhat We're Looking ForIs reliable and punctualIs willing to help teammates when neededDemonstrates respectful communication with coworkers and vendorsTakes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and functional equipmentIs open to feedback and eager to improve in their roleJob DetailsFull-Time (Monday–Friday)8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)Competitive compensation based on experienceSupportive team culture with opportunities for growthIf you're looking to join a company that values its people and operates on integrity, hard work, and mutual respect, we'd love to hear from you.
