Since 1996, MSS has taken pride in retaining some of the best talents in the industry by promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and empowerment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the lay out, assembly and installation of various sizes and types of mechanical piping and/or sheet metal duct systems at job site locationsSupport the Superintendent to complete the project on time, safely and on (or under) budgetTesting mechanical systems to ensure safety and functionalityObserve, report and correct unsafe work environmentsOther such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.Qualifications and Requirements5 years of commercial sheet metal or mechanical piping experience1+ year of supervisory experienceAbility to communicate clearly with Superintendent and follow directionAbility to show up on time, ready to work and in uniformMust successfully pass a background check & drug test.High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
