- A minimum of 2 years complete of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree program is required (A focused degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biological Sciences is preferred)
- Eligible to complete a 6-month co-op term in Summit, NJ, from January to June, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
- Maintains a high level of organization in a dynamic environment
- Strong social skills, including professional communications, both orally and through email, with internal and external partners
- Improve maintenance of third-party vendor lists.
- Increase efficiency of processes through the use of technology such as Smartsheet, AI, power BI, SAP/OneS4 Hana, etc.
- Collect and review quality documentation against pre-determined specifications, including batch records, certificates of analysis, and certificates of manufacture for product approval.
- Support the collection, review and organization of master documentation data to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Lead and provide support to various continuous improvement initiatives.
