Merck's 2027 Future Talent Program offers a 12-week internship in Global Development Quality within the Research and Development Division. Responsibilities
- Lead small projects or support project-specific tasks advancing quality operating models
- Develop collaboration tools and data visualization solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct document review, management, and technical editing for quality systems
- Support clinical manufacturing operations quality assurance and compliance oversight
- Assist with project management including meeting coordination and cross-functional communication
Requirements
- Current student pursuing BS or MS in science or engineering discipline
- Available for full-time work 12 consecutive weeks starting May or June 2027
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, own deliverables, and work collaboratively in teams
- Capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) preferred
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Spotfire preferred
