Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:

• Operating and tending packaging machines under the direction of production management
• Ensuring packaged goods meet quality and quantity standards
• Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and health/hygiene procedures
• Cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas according to approved procedures
• Monitoring production lines and inspecting products to meet specifications
• Regulating machine flow, speed, and temperature as needed
• Removing finished packaged items and separating rejected products
• Reporting machine malfunctions and calling maintenance for equipment issues
• Stocking and sorting products and replenishing packaging supplies
• Working cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors
• Maintaining regular and punctual attendance

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Can speak, read, and write in English
• Are comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Are able to use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, lab coat, hair net, and face mask
• Hold a High School diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
• Are committed to safety and quality in every aspect of your work
