Residential Services Manager - Youth Shelter

Covenant House International

Covenant House New York seeks a Direct Service Manager to lead residential program teams, supervise Resident Advisors, and drive trauma-informed care for youth ages 16-24. You will model CHNY values, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure policy adherence across sites. The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and on-call availability.
