Client is seeking an Office Administrative person with strong organizational skills, an understanding of general business operations, and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities. Client is a locally owned and operated electrical/general contracting company located in Craigsville, WV.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accounts payables through matching invoices, purchase orders, and packings slips.

• Generate invoices and process accounts receivables.

• Process employee timesheets and payroll submissions.

• Maintain business bookkeeping records and generate reports.

• Keep FMCSA files and employee records updated.

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, both physical and digital.

• Monitoring, ordering, and stocking office supplies.

• Handling new employee safety training documentation and keeping records updated.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, providing excellent customer service, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

• Become an engaged member of a rapidly growing business.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office productsExcel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• AS/BS in accounting or business management is preferred but not required.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
