Director of DevOps

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Director of DevOps will design, implement, and optimize the platform and products, ensuring service reliability and driving automation across CI/CD processes. Key responsibilities: Own service reliability and adherence to SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs across the platform Collaborate with teams to establish metrics and dashboards to enhance quality in the SDLC Recruit, mentor, and lead DevOps teams while driving automation and optimization of global infrastructure Required qualifications: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer leader with a focus on automation and continuous improvement 5+ years of operational management experience of SaaS production applications Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Strong people management skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
