Working closely with physician offices, clinical departments, and patients, you'll help ensure a seamless scheduling experience while supporting efficient utilization of procedural areas and delivering exceptional service.

Experience:

• Required: - Recent experience as a scheduler, unit secretary, or related healthcare support role.
• - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• - Experience coordinating appointments, procedures, or schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• - Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and scheduling applications.
• - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Preferred: - Experience scheduling surgical, invasive cardiology, endoscopic, or procedural services.
• - Knowledge of medical terminology.
• - Previous experience working with physician offices, hospitals, or healthcare scheduling systems.

Education: - High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensures/Certifications: - N/A
