We have one opening available for an individual who is passionate about customer service, customer relationships, and delivering an outstanding experience every time. While automotive service experience is valuable, our #1 priority is finding someone who genuinely cares about people, takes ownership of the customer experience, and is committed to doing what it takes to earn their trust and loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to be to work on time and a reliable teammate is required
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure to maintain quality customer experience
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is a huge plus but is not required
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A passion for helping customers and solving problems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and determine their service needs
• Provide clear and accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers, keeping them updated on vehicle progress
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner
• Ensure a positive experience that keeps customers coming back!
