Service Advisor
BMW of the Main Line, Philadelphia's BMW Dealer is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for any automotive professional who is passionate about customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or tire store setting
- Passion to provide the highest level of customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with automotive software - CDK a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including driving, drug and background
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with all customers and expand your personal "book of business"
- Assist and advise customer with all automotive service needs
- Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
- Set, manage and deliver on customer expectations
- Maintain accurate and timely communication during service visit
- Create, monitor and complete quality work orders and invoices
- Provide clear estimates of work required and recommended
- Initiate and manage extended warranty and insurance claims
- Ensure legal and warranty compliance on all documents and processes
- Produce clear invoices with complete explanations of work performed or declined
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented relationship with technicians and parts personnel
- Assist all dealer personnel as required to foster positive outcomes for customers and coworkers
- Complete and all required factory and company training
