• Location: Lafayette, LA (1211 Coolidge Street)
• Start Date: 07/31/2026
• Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (work until last chemo/biotherapy is completed each day)
• Hours/Week: Approx. 40
• Employment Type: Locum to Perm
• Experience: 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience required
• Licenses/Certs: State licensure, applicable certifications required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00/hr (please inquire for further details)

What You ll Do:

• Manage a full panel of hematology/oncology patients in outpatient clinic setting
• Perform treatment visits, follow-up appointments, and some new patient consultations
• Coordinate complex patient care plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Monitor and manage co-morbidities in high-volume, high-acuity cases
• Administer and oversee chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and supporting staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance standards
• Rotate in-coverage on Saturdays for call (approx. once every 3 months)

What You Need:

• Current State Nurse Practitioner licensure and certifications
• 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience required
• Strong patient management, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with outpatient infusion treatments is preferred
