Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Technician to join our team in Wetumpka, AL. If you have a passion for concrete installation and finishing, and you thrive in a hands-on environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Concrete Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality concrete work that meets our clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

Perform concrete installation and finishing tasks according to project specifications.
Prepare and set up job sites, including mixing concrete and ensuring proper equipment is available.
Ensure quality control by inspecting work for accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Must have Valid Drivers License with good driving history.
Proven experience in concrete installation and finishing.
Strong understanding of concrete properties and mixing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Able to want to run their own crew one day.
