Director of Strategic Finance

Leading the financial strategy for a high-growth environment, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Finance will own the consolidated financial plan, serve as a finance partner to key organizational departments, and drive the company's spend strategy for cloud hosting and AI in preparation for public-company readiness. Key responsibilities Develop and implement Corporate Finance's annual objectives and roadmap aligned with Strategic Finance's strategy Lead key strategic initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and establish visibility across cloud and AI spending Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching and mentoring direct reports to optimize talent for current business needs Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred Proven track record of achieving improved forecast accuracy and planning-cycle speed in a high-growth environment Direct involvement in an IPO process or experience within a recently public company Strong business acumen with expertise in corporate FP&A, including three-statement forecasting and R&D investment planning
