About Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri – Saint Robert Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri – Saint Robert is a residential treatment facility providing care to adolescents. Located in Saint Robert, MO, the goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and to inspire hope and contribute to health and well‑being through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion. We offer a range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling and therapies. Overview This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a Transport Coordinator at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri – Saint Robert. The Transport Coordinator will transport adolescents facing behavioral challenges and medically complex conditions, ensuring safe and respectful movement while maintaining a supportive environment in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Responsibilities Safely transport adolescents to and from various departments within the hospital, including diagnostic areas, therapy sessions, and patient rooms, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist patients during transport by providing guidance, reassurance, and support to alleviate anxiety or discomfort. Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate transport schedules and respond promptly to transport requests. Maintain a clean and organized transport area, ensuring equipment such as stretchers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and properly sanitized. Monitor and document patient conditions during transport, reporting any significant changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare personnel. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Missouri Driver’s License with appropriate endorsement(s). At least twenty‑one (21) years of age. Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents) and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred.
