Customer service representative

Randstad is partnering with an organization to find an experienced Customer Service Representative. In this high-volume role, you will act as the vital liaison between the company and its diverse customer base. We are looking for a professional who brings a high level of integrity to every interaction, ensuring their clients receive the exceptional service they've come to expect. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, has proficiency with Microsoft programs, and possesses the ability to work effectively. salary: $24 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the organization's product catalog and service offerings.
• Manages high-volume inquiries via multiple channels to ensure a satisfactory user experience.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships through regular outreach and engagement.
• Communicates regularly with internal teams and field staff to align on organizational goals.
• Addresses and escalates complex issues as necessary to ensure final resolution.
• Focuses on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Facilitates the timely processing of requests, documentation, and financial records.
• Coordinates the movement of goods and handles expedited requests with efficiency.
• Monitors inventory levels and provides updates regarding availability to relevant parties.
• Identifies and resolves discrepancies in the fulfillment process to minimize service interruptions.
