Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Customer Service Representative Bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Saugus corporation. Start date: immediately. Where: Saugus, MA. Hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 6:00 PM. Required: Spanish/English bilingual, must be able to pass background and drug test. Essential duties/responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues, processing applications for walk-in patrons, performing account maintenance, assisting in the reduction of production backlog, contacting customers for additional account information, preparing reports, auditing work for accuracy, cash out and preparing deposit at end of shift, and assisting in opening and closing the office as needed.
