Solaris HealthCare is seeking a Wound Care Nurse LPN to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients'wounds
• Develop individualized care plans incollaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer wound care treatments, includingcleaning, debridement, dressing changes, and application of topicalmedications
• Monitor and document the progress of woundhealing
• Utilize advanced wound care products andtechnologies as appropriate
• Educate patients and their families on properwound care techniques and prevention strategies
• Provide guidance on lifestyle and dietarymodifications to promote wound healing
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses,and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families,and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Ensure compliance with all healthcareregulations, standards, and policies

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)license in the state of Florida
• Certification in Wound Care strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursingexperience and Wound Care Experience
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facilitypreferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
