Skilled Nursing Visit Nurse (RN or LPN) – Heroes in Scrubs Wanted!

Location: Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties)
Schedule: Flexible Visits

️‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments in accordance with state and agency guidelines
• Perform skilled nursing visits, including wound care, medication management, patient education, and chronic disease monitoring
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Communicate with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes

✅ Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassion, patience, and a sense of humor (seriously — it helps!)
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Experience with pediatric or adult high-acuity care is a plus — but we’ll train the right nurse!
• Must have reliable transportation
