Lead Product Designer

Leading the visual design and development of high-quality print and digital learning experiences, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will focus on creating Teacher Guides, Student Editions, and related instructional materials while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet educational goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the visual design and page development of instructional materials from concept through production Establish and evolve the visual identity of assigned programs while ensuring alignment with brand standards and instructional purposes Create scalable design systems and templates that facilitate efficient production and maintain visual consistency across components Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience At least 7 years of experience in graphic design, editorial design, or educational publishing Portfolio demonstrating exceptional print and editorial design, including complex, multi-page publications Advanced expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools Experience developing scalable design systems and production specifications for complex print programs
