Assistant General Manager

Assistant ManagerWe are looking for a strong hospitality leader who is passionate about developing people and building a successful closing team in a fast-paced, growing Culver's restaurant. The ideal candidate is available 4:00 PM to close, five nights per week, and is open to working up to 45 hours per week. This person will take ownership of restaurant operations after 4:00 PM when the General Manager is not available. They will be responsible for leading the team, upholding operational standards, and creating a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and delivering a WOW experience for every guest.Culver's is now hiring Restaurant Assistant Managers!In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
