This role emphasizes strong intravenous (IV) access skills and effective collaboration with the surgical team. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 9:30A6P, with a minimum of 40 hours per week (MF; no weekends)
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; strong IV start skills; collaboration skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous pre-op/phase II experience (across all surgical service lines, including cath lab); strong IV start skills; leadership/proactive and assertive approach
• Additional Information: Travel assignment in a day surgery unit; unit operates with day staffing and defined midshift coverage; typical patient ratio is 1:3; Meidtech electronic medical record (EMR) system is used; no on-call requirement; no floating requirement
