At least 2 years’ experienceinoptical or electrical metrology, instrument designing, manufacturing or, calibration services with NIST traceability. Profound knowledgeinlight measurement instrument, NIST traceability, national and international lighting measurement standards, optical measurement and electrical testing equipment, power supply and pulse generator. Thorough understanding of traceability, accuracy, precision, systematic bias, and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty. Promote and sell company products such as Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc.. Confer with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and application solutions. Provide technical expertise on products to close on final sale. Lead the activities of trade shows to present and promote our products and services. Work with technical and quality department to update or modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Work with sales team to understand customer application testing requirements. Help build a product testing strategy and roadmap. Prepare test plans, test execution, test reporting and defect analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Quality, or other related field. More than 5 years of progressively responsible experience for test and calibration. Profound knowledge of and experience in ISO9001 quality management system.
