Child & Family Support Case Manager
Northshore YMCA
YMCA of the North Shore in Beverly, MA is seeking a Supportive Case Manager to provide critical casework for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children and their families, including those referred by DCF. You will manage intake, ISPs, assessments, and progress reports, collaborating with DCF and external agencies to ensure coordinated care and support at every step.
