Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities Carry out community payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable state and federal laws, and under the supervision of the Payroll/HR Regional Consultant. Responsible for employee relations, benefits, compensation, leave of absence, workers compensation, recruiting, prescreening, hiring, onboarding, new hire orientation, terminations, and participation in unemployment claims. Promote employee relations and support organizational goals.
