About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy national contact center team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service requests, installation orders, billing inquiries, and general support needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with customer service or call center experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed
• Assist customers with new installation orders and service requests
• Follow up on open service tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Support billing and payment-related inquiries
• Process and complete online service requests
• Accurately enter and update customer information
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every interaction

Qualifications

Required

• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Basic administrative and data entry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred

• Previous call center experience
• Experience handling high-volume customer interactions

Training Schedule

Paid training will be conducted on-site for approximately 3–4 weeks.

Training Hours:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Upon completion of training, employees will transition to the regular schedule:

Regular Hours:

Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
