You engage with homeowners in a confident, upbeat manner, managing a steady flow of outgoing calls while guiding conversations toward scheduling in-home consultations. You maintain a fast pace, consistently reaching 250 dials per day, and work with purpose to set at least 4 qualified appointments daily. You stay organized, ensure appointments are scheduled within 72 hours, and take pride in being the first positive interaction a homeowner has with the company. We're looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts: Monday through Thursday: 3 pm - 8 pm Friday: 3 pm - 6 pm Saturday/Sunday 10 am - 4 pm WHO ARE WE?
