Location: 1588 Kings Highway North, Ellisburg Shopping Center Cherry Hill, NJ Cherry Blow Dry Bar in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring customer service and sales driven associates to operate our front bar. Our ideal Salon Associate is detail‑oriented, exceptionally friendly, communicative, has great sales qualities and is a true multi‑tasker! Responsibilities To deliver top notch customer service, handle all client relations and appointments over the phone and in person, and operate the front of the bar while multi‑tasking to maintain the flow of the salon. Salon Associates are responsible for membership and retail sales. Skills & Requirements Exceptional customer service and communication skills Manage the salon computer appointment systems, guest records and memberships Adhere to company policies and brand standards for guest service, cleanliness, dress code and more Meet and exceed individual sales goals, including memberships, gift cards, and retail Provide and inform guests with the professional recommendations on services, memberships and retail products Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Strong problem solving and multi‑tasking skills Experience Retail or sales experience required Enhanced computer and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
