Pay: $23.00/hr Location: San Martín Shifts: Day: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm Night: 1:00 pm - 8:30 pm Concrete Forklift Operator: Job Responsibilities: Operate forklift safely to move product into inventory/onto and off truck Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods Properly label product and package product for inventory Ensure packaged quantities are correct and quality is up to standards Load trucks with finished product for delivery Before loading product for shipment ensure packaging and pallet are safe and adequate for shipment Complete Daily paperwork including inspection reports for equipment Cross Training for Equipment Operator Dry Side Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Follow all safety procedures Ability to carry out instructions, both written and oral Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding of units of measure Able to work any shift Forklift Certified Ability to work in a team environment Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Bilingual in English and Spanish While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds each, with assistance if needed, at heights from floor level to 4 feet high Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes*, and protective glasses Candidates must provide their own safety boots/shoes upon hire and will be eligible to participate in Safety Boots/Shoe Reimbursement Program after 30 days of employment Compensation: $22-$23 per hour Concrete Equipment Operator: Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain concrete handling (Rekers) equipment safely and efficiently Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and adjust settings as necessary Detect and report any equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Plant Supervisor Assist in maintaining accurate production flow and reporting Record and report quality data; moisture, density, height, material consumption Update communication boards and participate in shift huddle debriefs Inspect and prepare molds Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with product changes Execute Daily and Business fundamentals Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, and Lead Machine Operator Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the production process Other duties may be assigned as needed Job Requirements Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred Tiger/Columbia/Rekers/Masa/Hess/Besser/ equipment preferred At least 3 years of experience operating similar equipment High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs., extended standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, working inside and outside, and use of fall protection equipment Able to perform job tasks in dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes, and protective glasses. $26 per hour Concrete Electrician-Motor Control/PLC Technician: Job Responsibilities: Testing and measurement of AC/DC utilities Testing and measurements with multi-meters and OME meters Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools to determine root cause Perform routine electrical preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation, reliability, early failure detection, and reduce unplanned downtime on equipment Perform necessary maintenance tasks including but not limited to the repair or replacement of defective and damaged parts, adjustments, and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test, and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment Review and comprehend blueprints, electrical schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalog Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements : At least 5 years of controls experience in manufacturing programming, ladder logic, motor controls Minimum 2 years of PLC troubleshooting Installation and programming of variable frequency drives including Allen Bradley, Siemens and Schneider, Lust Controls High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Technical or vocational school certification preferred Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical principles Manufacturing/industrial environment experience desired Physical requirements include lifting up to 65 lbs., extended standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, working inside and outside, and use of fall protection equipment Able to perform job tasks in dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes*, and protective glasses Candidates must provide their own safety boots/shoes upon hire and will be eligible to participate in Safety Boots/Shoe Reimbursement Program after 30 days of employment Compensation : $35 per hour to $48 per hour Concrete Maintenance Mechanic: Job Responsibilities: Replace, install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair production equipment and electrical components Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine how to correct them Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure production machines perform at an optimal level Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists Replace faulty parts, electrical wires, motors, controls, and circuit boards Dismantle equipment to gain access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation Review and comprehend blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalog Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts, and complete tasks as assigned Operate all production machines to some degree to better understand machine capabilities and troubleshoot Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements : At least 5 years of maintenance experience High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Technical or vocational school certification preferred Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical principles Manufacturing/industrial environment experience desired Physical requirements include lifting up to 65 lbs., extended standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, working inside and outside, and use of fall protection equipment Able to perform job tasks in dusty, hot and/or cold working conditions Must wear company provided personal protective equipment -
