In this role, you will help create a vibrant and engaging environment for our residents by assisting with daily recreational, social, and wellness activities that enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and leading a variety of recreational, social, educational, and wellness activities Encourage resident participation in group programs, special events, and community outings Provide one-on-one engagement and companionship to residents as needed Set up and clean up activity areas and equipment Transport or escort residents to and from activities when necessary Monitor resident participation and report any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate staff Assisting with the Adult Day Program Maintain accurate attendance and activity participation records Help create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, creative, and enthusiastic Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings Benefits Competitive salary Partially paid Health benefits and dental insurance Vision insurance A faith based, supportive and caring work environment No wage caps!
