Project Coordinator

Sodexo is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience in café operations and office coffee services who is proficient in Smartsheet. This position will support communications, project tracking, issue management, and data management across many locations The coordinator will work cross‑functionally with Café Operations, Finance, Marketing, creating client-facing dashboards and presentations. his position must be located in one of three markets—Ft. Collins, CO; San Jose, CA or Duluth, GA About the job Join a role where collaboration, organization, and accurate data drive project success. Support the project team by monitoring progress, tracking performance, and ensuring activities follow established procedures. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate data collection, maintain project visibility, and enable informed decision‑making. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
