Help kids engage in social/emotional, developmental and early learning skills. Come work with a collaborative team that will develop skills and techniques that will benefit you in both your personal and work life in early learning and development. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead children in all daily activities, including play time, reading hour, arts & crafts, naptime and breakfast, snack and lunch times. Educate yourself on all state compliance regulations related to childcare structures and our own internal policies and procedures. Assist children in learning to work together through a variety of interactive games and activities designed to encourage cooperation and early learning.
