You'll work closely with experienced litigators, not from a distance, but as part of the team helping shape strategy, manage risk, and drive cases forward. What Your Day Might Look Like Rather than sitting on the sidelines, you'll be involved in: Drafting the motions and briefs that influence the direction of a case Developing case strategy alongside senior attorneys Conducting sophisticated legal research on complex issues Collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders Taking ownership of substantive aspects of matters from an early stage The strongest litigators are often developed through exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to work alongside lawyers who are willing to invest in their growth. Strong commercial litigation foundation Confident with independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery. Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible to sit for the New Jersey Bar.
