The Home Health Nurse 2 at University of California, Davis Health provides infusion care in patients' homes, infusion suites, and at the hospital bedside for discharge education. Travel to patients' homes is required to administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, with vascular access expertise and a broad range of therapies including parenteral nutrition and chemotherapies.
