Customer Service and Dispatcher responsibilities for our Residential Service department division. We are a full service HVAC provider and have been in the Charlotte and surrounding market since 1945.

Witmer formed one of the Charlotte area’s first heating and air conditioning companies. Mr. Ross and Mr. Witmer had a simple, shared goal: to expertly install high quality products made by a leading manufacturer. And so began the exemplary HVAC contractor that is an industry leader today.
Since its acquisition by Ralph W. Phillips, the air conditioning company has been family-operated for three generations. Through each generation, Ross & Witmer has been committed to providing high-quality and efficient heating, cooling, and mechanical service to homes and businesses. The company’s dedication to excellence has made it one of the most respectful and successful HVAC contractors in the Charlotte and Hendersonville/Asheville areas.
