Partner Solutions Architect
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing channel team, the full-time Partner Solutions Architect will engage key strategic partners, conduct training, develop customer solutions, and create content while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct training and technical enablement activities for partners on Alkira and Lumen solutions Collaborate with partners to develop customer networking and security solutions Create content such as slides, videos, and PDFs for partner consumption Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions architect or similar technical role Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies; cloud skills in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP preferred Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships Experience in conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
