North Star Special Services provides residential services for individuals that have the following types of disabilities: Behavioral Problems, Blindness/ Severe Visual impairment, Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Orthopedic Impairment, Epilepsy, Spinal Cord Injury, other Neurological Impairment, and other undetermined disabilities. Job Description
- Transports Clients to and from their scheduled appointments
- Ensures that individuals have a clean, neat, and safe environment at all times.
- Ensures that individuals participate in all required/scheduled meetings, appointments and daily activities.
- Attends and participates in alltrainingas scheduled.
- Maintains current certification in Medication Administration.
- Acts as a liason between the Doctor's office and the IP Coordinator
